Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product has a major fault under the Consumer Guarantees Act. A major fault includes when the product:

  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Does not perform as intended and cannot be easily fixed

If the issue is minor, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If it cannot be repaired within that time, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Please retain your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) for all claims.


How to Request a Return

If you believe your Stormà Wheelie Bin Shed has a fault, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email
customercare@riverleagroup.co.nz with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Details of the issue

Requests are processed within 2–3 working days.

Step 2: Assessment & Collection
If your claim is approved, we will provide a returns label and arrange courier collection.

Step 3: Resolution
Once the item is received and inspected, we will provide an appropriate resolution (repair, replacement or refund).

Please ensure items are returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Warranty Policy

Stormà Wheelie Bin Sheds are backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Premature failure under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental factors

The warranty is limited to replacement parts and associated freight
